Midjourney launches an artificial intelligence video generator
Midjourney Launches AI Video Generator
The US-based company Midjourney has released the first version of its video generation model to the public. Currently, this tool can generate short videos based on images uploaded or created on the platform, but Midjourney plans to introduce more features in the future. After users create an image using Midjourney, the service will display a new "Animate" button. They can click this button to create a five-second short film based on text prompts. The tool will also show the option to add an image uploaded by the user to the platform as the "starting frame" of the video. By default, the tool generates a general prompt of "Make it move", but the "Manual" button allows users to describe the motion effects they want. Users can extend the animation by four seconds, up to four times, generating a 21-second video in total.
