1. Among those who are professionally trained in communication or marketing, when asked if they have their own social media accounts, eight out of ten would say no, or Yes, But (basically they have accounts but don't post). When asked why not give it a try, there are many hesitant reasons, but none of them is "I tried hard but failed."

2. Some social recruiters who are already working in AI communication - related positions in certain companies, when asked about their opinions on some emerging AI tools, can talk about some macro - trend views. When asked "Which of them have you actually used?", few of them have actually used any. Most of what they know is from hearsay and reading.
