The UAE will cooperate with OpenAI to provide free ChatGPT Plus subscription services to all its citizens, becoming the first country in the world to offer this AI tool for free to the entire population. This plan is part of the strategic cooperation between the two sides, including the construction of a large AI data center, "Stargate UAE", in Abu Dhabi. The first phase of 200 megawatts is expected to be completed next year.
