The new AI product summaries can be listened to via the "Listen to Highlights" button in the Amazon Shopping app. Amazon will test this feature on products that typically require consideration before purchase. The company said, "This feature makes product research fun and convenient, like having a thoughtful friend discuss potential purchase options, making your shopping easier, even when you're multitasking or on the go." Currently, this audio summary feature is only available to some US users. Amazon plans to expand this feature to more products and more US users in the coming months.
